Explosion on tanker off Trinidad kills 4

PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad (AP) - An explosion blasted through an oil tanker moored for repairs off Trinidad's west coast Wednesday, killing at least four people, the Coast Guard of the Caribbean country said.
