Mexican judge adds 168 years to sentence

MEXICO CITY (AP) - One of Mexico's most feared kidnappers known as "the ear-lopper" was slapped with an additional 168-year sentence on top of the 80 years he is already serving for organized crime and abduction, officials said Monday.
