KINGSTON, Jamaica (AP) - Jamaica's main opposition won a narrow election victory Monday, according to preliminary results, but the country's first female prime minister said the race was too close to call and the ruling party would not concede defeat.

SAN PEDRO SULA, Honduras (AP) - Planes shuttled tourists from island resorts in a desperate airlift Monday as Hurricane Felix bore down on Honduras and Belize. But thousands of Miskito Indians were stranded along a swampy coastline where the Category 4 storm was expected to make landfall.
