PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (AP) - A Haitian judge has ruled there is enough evidence to try a jailed former prime minister in the massacre of more than 40 political opponents during the rebellion that ousted President Jean-Bertrand Aristide, a prosecutor said Tuesday.
