Colombia's Uribe says he'll run again

BOGOTA, Colombia (AP) - Colombian President Alvaro Uribe formally announced that he will run for a second term in next year's elections, saying Sunday he needed four more years to accomplish his goals of restoring security to the country and spurring economic growth.

Police recapture escaped Honduran teen

TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras (AP) - Honduran police recaptured a 16-year-old boy who is accused of killing a U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agent and has escaped five times in three years from a crumbling prison, an official said Sunday.
