Venezuelan leader says Castro not dying

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) - President Hugo Chavez said Friday that Fidel Castro is not dying of cancer, saying he had spoken with the ailing Cuban leader by phone and he is eating cautiously and well enough to joke.
