U.S. general in S.Korea warns of changes

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - The top U.S. general in South Korea warned Thursday that changes to the command structure on the peninsula could damage the ability of allied forces to maintain the more than half-century-old armistice with North Korea.

India: Pakistani forces shoot at guards
