Security tight as Nepal prepares to vote

KATMANDU, Nepal (AP) - Faced with opposition and rebel threats to disrupt municipal elections on Wednesday, Nepal's government ordered security forces to shoot anyone who tries to interfere with the vote for mayors and local officials.
