35 killed in Thai flash floods

BANGKOK, Thailand (AP) - Flash floods swept over two waterfalls on a southern Thai mountain packed with picnickers and swimmers celebrating the country's New Year, killing at least 35 people and leaving dozens more missing, officials said.
