Japan moves to observe WW II anniversary

TOKYO (AP) - Japan's lower house of Parliament adopted a resolution Tuesday marking the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II, including a vaguely worded reference to Tokyo's wartime aggression and a pledge to work for world peace.

N. Korea talks may end without agreement

China, Russia to hold military exercise
