North Korea talks could start Sept. 2

TOKYO (AP) - China is considering restarting six-party talks on North Korea's nuclear weapons programs on Sept. 2, Kyodo News agency quoted Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wu Dawei as saying Thursday.
