Korean nuke negotiator's remarks clarified

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - The U.S. Embassy in Seoul clarified Monday that Washington's chief nuclear negotiator was referring to a North Korean diplomat's quarrel with anti-communist activists when he commented the envoy's remarks on the nuclear issue were "inexcusable."
 
India sees foreign tie to deadly bombings
