Sri Lanka prime minister leads balloting

COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (AP) - Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapakse led presidential balloting Friday with most votes counted. His office declared victory for the leader, a hard-liner toward the nation's separatist rebel insurgency. The vote count was still under way and no announcement had been made by the election commission.
 
Bush, Putin seek unity among differences
