North Korea demands U.S. lift sanctions

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - North Korea on Tuesday demanded the United States lift sanctions imposed over alleged counterfeiting and money laundering, saying multinational talks on its nuclear weapons program could not resume otherwise.
