China mine blast leaves 74 workers dead

King Gyanendra replaced eight ministers, including some controversial figures, and put in place members of the royalist Rastriya Prajatantra, or National Democratic Party.

22 militants killed in two Afghan clashes

UNICEF distributes clothes in quake zone
