Security Council seeks Africa proposals

UNITED NATIONS (AP) - The Security Council on Wednesday asked a U.N. team to come up with proposals for a peacekeeping force in Chad and the Central African Republic that would help thousands affected by spillover fighting from the conflict in neighboring Darfur.
