Zimbabwe threatens white farmers

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa (AP) - Zimbabwe's national security minister has told the country's last remaining white farmers that they will be jailed if they refuse to abide by a deadline that passed over the weekend for them to leave their farms, according to a newspaper report on Monday.

YAOUNDE, Cameroon (AP) - An overloaded wooden boat sank in high waves off Cameroon's coast, killing at least 63 people, a government official said Monday. Fifteen passengers were believed to have survived, but at least 20 were missing and feared dead.
 
Migrants' boat barred from Mauritania
