NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) - A top African diplomat said Friday that talks to end Kenya's deadly postelection crisis have reached a crucial stage as the two sides broke off negotiations for the weekend without reaching a deal on sharing power.

Sierra Leone rebel convictions upheld
