Mauritania arrests 76 Senegalese migrants

DAKAR, Senegal (AP) - Mauritanian authorities arrested 76 illegal migrants from neighboring Senegal who were traveling Wednesday on a wooden boat headed for Spain's Canary Islands, an official said.
