DAKAR, Senegal (AP) - Liberia's former President Charles Taylor, accused of fomenting bloody wars across West Africa, now faces judgment for some of the mayhem wrought during his years in power.

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) - The special tribunal for Sierra Leone has asked the Netherlands to host the war crimes trial of former Liberian President Charles Taylor, the Foreign Ministry told The Associated Press on Thursday.
