Rwandans mark 12-year genocide anniversary

NYAMASHEKE, Rwanda (AP) - Rwandans observed a nationwide minute of silence Friday to mark 12 years since the former extremist Hutu government launched its slaughter of more than half a million people, mainly ethnic minority Tutsi.
 
Gunmen kill 13 customs agents in Algeria
