Kenya police make abandoned baby arrest

NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) - Police arrested the suspected mother of an infant girl _ dubbed "Angel" by hospital officials _ who was abandoned in a Kenyan forest and reportedly rescued by a stray dog, officials said.

Ethiopia: al-Qaida operating in Somalia
