Report: Send Liberia's Taylor to tribunal

UNITED NATIONS (AP) - Former Liberian President Charles Taylor is funding a small army and meddling with his country's politics ahead of upcoming elections, a clear violation of the terms of his exile in Nigeria, an independent watchdog group said Wednesday.
