Eritrea dismisses Ethiopia border stance

UNITED NATIONS (AP) - Eritrea dismissed Ethiopia's announcement that it has accepted a U.N. commission's ruling over a disputed town, saying Friday that Ethiopia attached conditions that undermined the spirit of the decision.
 
No mechanical glitch caused Africa crash

DAKAR, Senegal (AP) - A preliminary investigation into a plane crash that killed 114 people in Cameroon last month has found no evidence of mechanical failure, Cameroon authorities said in a statement posted Friday on a government Web site.
