Nigerian president says 2 terms enough

LONDON (AP) - Saying two terms is enough, Nigeria's president said Saturday that trying to uproot the corruption entangling Africa's biggest oil-exporting nation and making strides to transform the economy were the main challenges during his seven years in power.
 
Burundi, rebel group to sign cease-fire

BUJUMBURA, Burundi (AP) - President Pierre Nkurunziza left Saturday to sign a cease-fire agreement with the country's last rebel group in neighboring Tanzania as his government works toward ending Burundi's 12-year conflict, a presidential spokeswoman said.
 
Ethiopia denies sending troops to Somalia

JOWHAR, Somalia (AP) - The leader of the Islamic militia that seized Somalia's capital said Saturday that 300 Ethiopian soldiers had entered the country to help his rivals, but he promised not to attack the weak government that represented his only challenge.
