Annan: Congo forces top abuses vs. kids

UNITED NATIONS (AP) - Congo's armed forces and police are responsible for the majority of documented abuses against children in the chaotic country, sometimes abducting kids to carry equipment or for sex, U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan said in a report Tuesday.
