U.N. seeks compliance on Ivory Coast plan

UNITED NATIONS (AP) - The U.N. Security Council demanded Wednesday that Ivory Coast's warring sides adhere to a new timeline for implementing a stalled peace plan and threatened to impose sanctions against anyone who fails to comply.

Burundi president concedes defeat
