Ruling party wins Somaliland elections

MOGADISHU, Somalia (AP) - Breakaway Somaliland's ruling party won the most seats in its first multiparty parliamentary elections since it separated from Somalia more than a decade ago, according to provisional results released Saturday by election officials.
