S.Africa court upholds man's convictions

CAPE TOWN, South Africa (AP) - The Supreme Court of Appeal on Monday upheld corruption and fraud convictions against a businessman with close ties to South Africa's former deputy president Jacob Zuma in a verdict which could derail Zuma's campaign for the top job.
