War tribunal to seek Darfur prosecutions

UNITED NATIONS (AP) - The International Criminal Court expects to finalize by February its first case against suspects who bear the greatest responsibility for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in Sudan's Darfur conflict, the chief prosecutor said in a report Wednesday.
