Iran, N.Korea nukes cause 'grave concern'

PAGO, PAGO, American Samoa (AP) - The United States, Japan and Australia said Saturday they share "grave concerns" about Iran's nuclear program, and that the U.N. Security Council must act to deter Tehran from activities that could produce an atomic bomb.
 
Rallies mark third anniversary of Iraq war

SYDNEY, Australia (AP) - Thousands of anti-war protesters marched in Australia, Turkey and Asian countries at the start of global demonstrations Saturday, as campaigners marked the third anniversary of the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq with a demand that coalition troops pull out.
 
Worker was on hot spot when volcano blew

WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) - A young conservation worker who was checking a volcano's crater lake when it unexpectedly burst to life, spewing mounds of ash and soot, most likely died in the eruption in the remote nature reserve, a conservation official said Saturday.
