Panel links 'Dr. Death' to 8 fatalities

SYDNEY, Australia (AP) - A clinical audit of cases handled by a surgeon nicknamed "Dr. Death" by his former colleagues has found he contributed to eight patient deaths during his two years at an Australian hospital _ far fewer than earlier reported.
