Petraeus: Troop buildup working in Iraq

SYDNEY, Australia (AP) - America's troop buildup in Iraq has sharply reduced sectarian killings and roadside bombings and lowered al-Qaida's influence, the top U.S. general in the country said in an interview published Friday.
