Bombings near Baghdad airport kill 14

BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - A pair of suicide car bombers killed 14 people Sunday in the biggest insurgent assault in months on the main road to Baghdad's airport, and other attacks killed a dozen more Iraqis and two American soldiers elsewhere in the capital.

Israeli troops kill 6 in West Bank raids

NABLUS, West Bank (AP) - Israeli troops raided a village in the West Bank on Sunday, killing five Palestinians, including a militant Israel blamed for several suicide bombings that have killed dozens of Israelis, officials said.

2 British soldiers killed near Basra
