Judge dismisses penultimate Ohio lawsuit

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit over Ohio's recount of the 2004 presidential election, leaving only one court challenge remaining from the state's role in the re-election of President Bush.
