Ex-Rep. Lucas seeks to regain House seat

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Former Rep. Ken Lucas came out of political retirement Monday to challenge freshman Rep. Geoff Davis for the congressional seat that he gave up after three terms to fulfill a campaign pledge.
