Ex-FBI whistle-blower mulls Congress bid

WASHINGTON (AP) - A former FBI whistle-blower who urged the agency to investigate terrorism suspect Zacarias Moussaoui in the weeks before Sept. 11, 2001, is considering a race for Congress in Minnesota.
