N.Y. gov. plugs lieutenant as candidate

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Republican Gov. George Pataki, who has said he will not seek a fourth term next year, said Tuesday Lt. Gov. Mary Donohue would make "an excellent candidate" to replace him and "would be an outstanding governor."
