COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - A court erred when declaring a winner in a city council election that was so close that a coin toss and two recounts did not resolve who won, the Ohio Supreme Court ruled Wednesday.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - Former Pittsburgh Steelers star Lynn Swann didn't put so much as a dent in Gov. Ed Rendell's lead among Pennsylvania voters over the past two months, despite his stepped-up campaign in the race for governor, a new poll released Wednesday shows.
