WEST POINT, N.Y. (AP) - President Bush, likening the war against Islamic radicals to the Cold War threat of communism, told U.S. Military Academy graduates on Saturday that America's safety depends on an aggressive push for democracy, especially in the Middle East.

WEST POINT, N.Y. (AP) - The Class of 2006 has witnessed it too many times these last four years. A cadet stands stone-faced in the gothic dining hall and makes an announcement that starts with "I regret to inform you ... ." Another West Point graduate has died in Afghanistan or Iraq.
