High Court skeptical on drug patent ruling

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Supreme Court, hearing a dispute that could affect how quickly cutting-edge medicines are developed, expressed skepticism Wednesday that a drug company's patent could prohibit rivals from starting research on competing medications.
