Feingold won't rule out Alito filibuster

WASHINGTON (AP) - Democratic Sen. Russ Feingold said Tuesday he won't rule out a filibuster of Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito, although he said no one in his party is actively planning to use the tactic.
