WASHINGTON (AP) - Federal health officials are revising the draft of a Medicare handbook to give a more clear explanation of new rules on benefits, particularly on prescription drugs, before it is sent to millions of elderly Americans.

BEAUMONT, Texas (AP) - Sixty illegal immigrants employed as contract workers at industrial plants _ including refineries, power plants and an air cargo facility _ were arrested as possible threats to homeland security, officials announced Friday.
