Fuel oils in sediment in New Orleans

WASHINGTON (AP) - A new health risk emerged Friday from the sediment of New Orleans _ test results showing that diesel and fuel oils, which can take years to break down, make up as much as a 10th of the weight of some sediment samples.

Gov't raises Medicare premiums again

WASHINGTON (AP) - Senior citizens and the disabled will have to pay a monthly Medicare premium of $88.50 next year for doctor's visits and other services, a $10.30 boost in the fee.
