Feds settle lawsuit over alternative fuels

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Four federal agencies settled a lawsuit with environmental groups Wednesday and agreed to buy thousands of vehicles that run on natural gas, electricity, ethanol, propane and other alternative fuels.
