WASHINGTON (AP) - Hand sanitizer makes it through security in one airport, then it's confiscated at another. Screening lines back up because only two of six lanes are open. And then there's the occasional all-too-intimate patdown. Those complaints and other frustrations make the nation's airport security agency about as popular as the IRS.

Dems will investigate emissions ruling

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Bush administration's rejection of state efforts to tighten rules on greenhouse gas emissions touched off a flurry of counterattacks Thursday. Democrats in Congress began an investigation. Governors led by California's Arnold Schwarzenegger said they would sue. Environmental groups demanded to see the government's rationale for its decision.
