Philippine economic growth slowed in 2005

MANILA, Philippines (AP) - Philippine economic growth slowed to 5.1 percent last year from 6 percent in 2004, with the manufacturing sector posting its strongest growth since the Asian financial crisis, the government said Monday.

Freescale banks on new transistor design
