Oil facility damages have cost Iraq $11B

BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - Iraq has lost about $11.35 billion because of damage to oil sector infrastructure and lost revenue since petroleum exports resumed after the U.S.-led invasion two years ago, an Iraqi oil ministry spokesman said Sunday.
 
Applebee's may have found fingertip source
