Japanese stocks rise on lower oil prices

TOKYO (AP) - Japanese stocks rose Tuesday morning, buoyed by lower oil prices, with steel, shipping and bank shares rallying after sharp declines a day earlier. The dollar was up against the yen and euro.
 
Hollinger International results delayed
