WASHINGTON (AP) - Chrysler LLC said Friday it would recall nearly 300,000 sport utility vehicles to address potential braking problems while driving uphill. In a separate move, Honda Motor Co. said it was recalling more than 180,000 Civics from the 2006-2007 model year to fix a wheel-bearing seal that could leak and lead to a wheel falling off the car.
 
TD Ameritrade says contact info stolen

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - Online brokerage TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. said Friday one of its databases was hacked and contact information for its more than 6.3 million customers was stolen. A spokeswoman for the Omaha-based company said more sensitive information in the same database, including Social Security numbers and account numbers, does not appear to have been taken.
 
Oil falls for first time in 10 sessions

NEW YORK (AP) - Oil futures fell for the first time in 10 sessions Friday after a rally that has driven prices to new highs that some analysts say are unrealistic. "It used to be a painting by a realist, now it's abstract," said Tom Kloza, publisher and chief oil analyst at the Oil Price Information Service, of recent trading of Nymex oil futures.

This time around, however, the ride has been a lot rougher, leaving the company in a scramble to regain its footing as the housing market has turned from boom to bust.

HIRAM, Ga. (AP) - Robert Bowman loves his chicken, especially when it's breaded and loaded in a fryer. "When I go on a trip, that's all I'll eat is fried chicken. I just like fried chicken," the 67-year-old retired postal worker says.
